The serene light of day

on which the menu is written.

In front of the Ukrainian colours panels,
there is a red panel
reminiscent of the Japanese flag,
on which is drawn the map of Ukraine,
of its rich wine history regions.

In the entrance hall, there is a furniture fan
on which is written the Japanese proverb:
“The half-day guest is like a flower”,
even if the meeting lasts a moment,
it is always unique and forever remembered.
The saying reveals hospitality.
